Qualita Unica from Thessaloniki launched a scientific roasting espresso experience. Through a unique, scientific and interactive experience of specialized knowledge in the world of coffee, AVEK Vekrakos presented the new projects of Qualita Unica at the three-day event – institution for coffee, organized for the fourth year at Zappeion Hall, from 9 to 11 February 2024.
